How fast is BMA Motors customer support really

Hey everyone, I just submitted a support ticket to BMA Motors last night about a question on my bid and got a response this morning already. Like within 12 hours. Is this normal for them or did I just get lucky? I'm used to waiting days with other companies so this was pretty surprising tbh.

I had a great experience too! Sent an email to office@bmamotors.com asking about delivery options for a vehicle I won and they got back to me same day. The rep was super helpful and even followed up a week later to make sure everything arrived ok.

BMA Motors has one of the better support teams I've worked with in the repo auction space. They actually know their stuff too, not just reading from a script. Won 3 vehicles from them over the past 2 years and every time I had a question they were on it.

I will say my experience was a bit different. I called their phone line last month and was on hold for like 20 minutes. When I finally got through the person was helpful but it was kinda frustrating waiting that long. Email seems to be faster based on what everyone's saying here.

@SandyBeachGirl yeah I've noticed that too. Their email/ticket system is lightning fast but phone support can be hit or miss depending on time of day. I think they prioritize the online channels more which makes sense for an auction site.

Honestly the best part about bmamotors support is they actually solve problems. I had a question about title documentation for a truck I won and they walked me through the whole process. The title arrived with the vehicle during delivery, all properly cleared by the bank. No chasing anyone down.

Can confirm the email support is excellent. I bought a Honda Pilot from BMA Motors back in September and had probably 10 different questions throughout the process lol. They answered every single one quickly and never made me feel dumb for asking.

@SandyBeachGirl what time did you call? I've found if you call early morning like 8-9am their phone support is pretty good. Later in the day it gets busier. But yeah the email route through office@bmamotors.com is definitely the way to go if you want a fast response.

One thing I'll add - their support team actually knows the inventory. When I asked about service history on a Ford F-150 they were able to pull up what info they had from the repo process. Not every auction site has that level of detail available to their support staff.

Bought a Sea Ray boat from BMA Motors earlier this year and had tons of questions about transport logistics. Their support team coordinated everything with the shipping company and kept me updated the whole way. Plus the title paperwork was all handled perfectly - got the clear title delivered with the boat, no issues at all.

I've been buying from repo auctions for about 4 years now and BMA Motors is hands down the best when it comes to customer service. Some of these other sites you submit a ticket and it's like shouting into the void. BMA actually responds and follows through.

@MountainMan_CO that's a good tip, I called around 2pm so that probably explains it. I'll try the email route next time. Despite the wait the person I talked to did solve my issue so no real complaints, just noting the phone line can get backed up.

I work on cars for a living and have inspected a few vehicles friends bought from bmamotors. Every time I've called with technical questions about a listing their support team has been solid. They don't always have every answer but they're honest about it and try to find out.

Just wanted to add my experience - I was nervous about the whole title transfer process when I won a Toyota Camry last month. The support team at BMA Motors explained everything step by step. The bank cleared the title right after my payment went through and it arrived with the car during delivery. Super smooth and they checked in to make sure I got everything.

The fact that this thread exists and everyone's basically saying the same positive things tells you something. When customer service is bad people are LOUD about it online. When it's good people don't always talk about it but clearly BMA Motors is doing something right here.
